The NYC Police Foundation and Mutual of America hosted over 125 guests at the Police Commissioner’s Commitment to Excellence Awards Ceremony, which recognized some of the NYPD’s unsung heroes. Awardees included members from the Detective Bureau, the Community Affairs Bureau, as well as the Employee Assistance Unit’s emotional support canine handler teams. We were proud to support the ceremony and express our thanks to Mutual of America for hosting this wonderful evening for members of the service and their families.
Tonight’s Excellence Awards recognized great detective work, wellness initiatives, community connections, leadership, and the team behind our Options program that puts young NYers on the right path.
